Each capability is a production primitive — the calibrated forecasting engine, the declared-vs-revealed self-mirror, the ICD-203 tradecraft layer, and the Merkle-sealed decision-attestation chain. The new part is the surface and the timing: judgment in the room, at the moment a decision is forming. In the default deployment, the overlay holds no Slack token — it is a tool Claude Tag calls with task-scoped inputs.
